Having problems logging in? Check out this section for some technical advice.

Select the TOOLS menu and then click INTERNET OPTIONS

Chrome

Select the TOOLS menu and then click OPTIONS
Select the Under the bonnet Tab.
Select Content settings.
Select Allow local data to be set.
Check your 'temporary internet files' settings
Log in!

Cache Settings for Internet Explorer 7 & 8

Click on 'tools'
then click on 'Internet options'
In the section marked 'Browsing history', click on 'settings'
Make sure that 'check for newer versions of stored pages' is set to 'Automatically' or 'Every visit to the page'
You could also try 'Deleting Cookies'. You can do this by selecting 'Delete' under 'Browsing history' section and then select delete 'Temporary internet files' OR 'Delete all' - These are used to store temporary files on your computer, ie passwords to other websites and can safely be deleted if you know your passwords or have them stored elsewhere (ie, within emails etc)

then click on 'Internet options'
